A local church is a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ who have banded together to carry out the commission of Jesus Christ.

Water's Edge Church of Henderson Kentucky, is such a body. Our purpose is "Loving, Learning, Living." This purpose statement is summed up in the following:

Learning through sound biblical teaching, and 

Living in community sharing our love of God with others.

We at Water's Edge Church have an additional mission statement,

We are imperfect, life is imperfect... God is perfect

GOD loves us, GOD gave us the one gift that we needed the most

MESSED UP:

Messing up is a part of life, somebody must clean up the mess...

When we mess up, we have a choice...

Get up or give up. We also can help others up.
